I noticed the other day that they hadn't credited the 5p for getting screened out. I thought it was maybe a one off.
It happened again the following day so I took a screen shot and emailed them and they have added the 5p to my account for me
Did they also tell you that it is best to use internet explorer? I find with Chrome I have lots of 5ps that don't credit so I just use explorer for that site nowWorks well that way!

I applied for a redemption on the 2nd september and despite 3 emails, nothing has reached my account.
