Pureprofile payment problems

Is anyone else having problems with pureprofile? I asked for payment in dec and dispite several emails from them telling me it would be paid still nothing.

Im wondering if they are in trouble or something as it seems from thier facebook page others are waiting for payment too.

I think it is supposed to be within 28 days, not sure if mine usually take up to 6 weeks.

mines been well over six weeks, worrying thing is they keep saying it will be paid in next few days it never is.

I apologise, I must have been thinking of another survey company.

I just checked, and I was actually paid by Pure Profile in 7 days of requesting.

I received a payment from Pure Profile on 10th December. It arrived pretty quickly.

Well I dont know whats going on with them but ive been waiting ages, they keep sending emails saying it will be paid but it still has not, also people are posting on the facebook page that they have not been paid either

Made a request for payment on 1st Feb and received on 6th Feb... Looks like any issues they were having have been resolved?

Got paid in the end after about 7 weeks and a lot of emails.

I noticed the other day that they hadn't credited the 5p for getting screened out. I thought it was maybe a one off.

It happened again the following day so I took a screen shot and emailed them and they have added the 5p to my account for me

That was happening to me often before christmas, also my balance kept going up and down. Dont know whats goig on with them but going to give them a rest for a bit

Does anyone have an e-mail address I can contact them through please regarding payment? Their website is not working properly for me
