Nhs Superanuation v Nuffield Pension

Was wondering if anyone can offer me any advice on what to do about my pension.
I have worked within the nhs for 18 years and had paid into nhs superanuation pension for 2 and half years . I left the nhs to start my new job at a Nuffield private/BUPA hospital. I am unsure what to do about my pension now. Is it best to freeze my nhs pension or should i transfer it?The Nuffield offer two types of pension.One is a group peronal pension plan. along with this plan i can participate in Pensense, a salary sacrifice scheme. The other type i can join is the nuffield hospital's stakeholder pension scheme. I am a bit lost as to what to do and would welcome any advice you could offer me. many thanks
