Hi everyone
Little pink purse - hugs to you - sometimes the frustration becomes too much doesn't it. I hope things get sorted.
Sazdaz - I wish I could speed up reading - it takes me up to a month to read one book!
My list for today:-
- Check bank properly! Not just a quick glance
- Go to cashpoint and get out money for book club tonight - wont need much, its in a pub but I will be driving so just a diet coke or a coffee for me.
- email friends x 3 from work
- Rearrange doctors appointments
- Post a letter
- Go to book club this evening
I think thats it.
Have a lovely day all

Morning All,
Quiet day here today.
So far:
-Did laundry, ran slow cooker & charged phone on Economy 7.
-Did 3 surveys.
-All food today as per meal plans...still using that rubber chicken!
-Thompson & Morgan responded to my email about the £5 discount voucher code not working with an apology & sent me a new code for £10 off for the inconvenience. Nice surprise.
-Not feeling very well today, so not planning to go out, which means that no money can jump naughtily out of my purse! Instead, I'm going to catch up on some TV we recorded & carry on knitting my blanket squares...a real thrift project, as I've used all the DK wool from my stash I didn't really want, so I suppose that's 'upcycling' really, isn't it?
-Have covered cat's food bowls to prevent Mr Greedy from down the road from sneaking thru the catflap & gobbling the special diet bics we have to buy!! As Mr Greedy is always always on the rob, I am counting this as valid money saving activity!
Have a good day, everybody,

Hi all,
It's a bit wet and miserable here but still enjoyed a good yomp with the woofers this afternoon for some free fresh air and exercise
- All meals from stores today for both me and OH.
- Made OH open his bank statement and check online banking - he said he didn't want to as he knew he has hardly any money but I said it was important to know just how little, and he was actually pleasantly surprised when he did check!
- Worked out that in order to get out of OD and stay out throughout Feb, I have £50 per week to spend on food/dog food/going out (not that there will be any going out!) etc. Think I am going to withdraw the money at the start of the month, envelope it up for the 4 weeks and just use the cash, leaving cards at home to do it - will be tough but surely do-able?!
- Hour of tutoring tonight for money to buy a card and ingredients for Marmalade to make for my mum's house warming present.
- No need to spend today so another NSD (4 in a row now)
Hope you all have a great eveningClearing debt to save for a simple wedding.Starting 2016 With debt of £77000 -

:hello: What a day. Today I've:
Been to work. No overtime available today.
Product testing washing powder for BzzAgent. 400g free!
Came home to find OH had fallen asleep as curry and rice were cooking and had left the hob on and had cremated two saucepans. Spent an hour cleaning up and trying to salvage something edible. If we had a doghouse OH would be in it.

Evening all,
Well I had the phonecall about the job today, I haven't been short listed because the other (20!!!) candidates had experience in the role, plus experience with the franchise the job was with. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get experience without getting the chance to get it if that makes sense?? What's annoying is the fact I pretty much do the role already just without a title
So feeling a little deflated as I really don't know how to progress my career without gaining this "experience" that everyone needs. Back to the drawing board!
So this is me today:-
- Checked banking
- B/L/D from stores
- NSD
- Sold as much labour as I can
- Signed up two service plans (£20 commission each)
- Housework
- Checked out photos from Saturdays award ceremony on company shared folder, I'm the only one that didn't have their picture taken accepting award for some reason
- TV and MSE tonight
Nothing more!
JxNothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!0 -
Hugs to lpp and Josie
...... Honestly feel for you both
