House renovating in Barry

I live in Barry (South Wales). I have a house to renovate. I asked few local tradesmans for estimation for a work and now I am waiting. In the meantime I am trying to find how much labour could cost.

1) Scraping wallpaper from walls and ceilings.

Dimensions aprox in square meters:
bedroom 1 walls: 33 m2 - ceiling: 12 m2
bedroom 2 walls: 26 m2 - ceiling: 8 m2
bedroom 3 walls: 22.5 m2 - ceiling: 6.5 m2
living room walls: 69 m2 - ceiling: 24 m2
dinning room walls: 27 m2 - ceiling: 8.5 m2
kitchen walls: 25 m2 - ceiling: 6.5 m2
corridors walls: 30.5 m2 - ceiling: 5.5 m2

2) Prime and plastering walls and ceilings

Dimensions aprox in square meters:
bedroom 1 walls: 33 m2 - ceiling: 12 m2
bedroom 2 walls: 26 m2 - ceiling: 8 m2
bedroom 3 walls: 22.5 m2 - ceiling: 6.5 m2
living room walls: 69 m2 - ceiling: 24 m2
dinning room walls: 27 m2 - ceiling: 8.5 m2
kitchen walls: 25 m2 - ceiling: 6.5 m2
corridors walls: 30.5 m2 - ceiling: 5.5 m2

3) Taking off laminate floring arround 66 square metres and carpet arroung 20 square metres

4) Put new laminate flooring total arround 66 square metres

5) Put tiles on the floor total arround 20 square metres

6) Demolish one partition wall arround 8,5 square metres

7) Build new partition wall (using metal frames /insulation /plasterboards) arround 7 square metres

8) Replace external door (one)

9) Instalation internal door (one)

10) Take off one window -> cut arround 1.5 square metres of wall and instalation new door in that place

11) Replaceing 3 radiators (the same place as old one), move 2 radiators to different place.

12) Remove all building rubbish.

If anyone could give me an idea for the whole or part job I would be very happy.
