What should happen after a JSA tribunal?

Hi all,
The job centre cancelled my JSA in June 2012 saying I did not attend an appointment. I had one sign on appointment and the advisor said I would get a letter for the next appointment in 2-4 weeks. I haven't claimed benifit before so trusted the advisor to be correct. The next thing was a letter saying my JSA was cancelled because I failed to atttend an appointment! I was waiting for a letter to come with an appointment so it wasn't my fault. I had to appeal all because they did not send me a letter.
All because of such a small error the job centre made I have gone nearly 8 months with no money! After the appeal they rejected it, so I had to appeal again, and again. After the first appeal they said it would be a maximum of 3 months to be sorted. It took 6 months to reach tribunal. I won the tribunal on 11 December 2012. Since then I have still heard nothing! I have phoned them several times. Sometimes they even said they know nothing about it! Other times they say there is a letter in the post. I have even been into the job centre and all they do is send an email and get someone to phone me and its the same story on the phone again.
Please please can someone advise me what to do? Its like they do it deliberately to make people give up. One of the things that annoyed me most is that 2 months into the appeal they said if I get a job I will lose all the money owed. With them promising it would be sorted within 3 months I hung on for the money owed. If I had known it was going to take this long I would have just got a job.
Any advise please? Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing? Is it normal to still be waiting 7 weeks after winning the tribunal?
Thanks in advance

after any appeal both parties can appeal to UT so in these cases there is a hold up, after which your paper work actioned in date order
you can photo copy your copy of paperwork and send that to your local officeIn London, you're never more than 20 feet away from someone telling you you're never more than 20 feet from a rat .0 -
So just because you feel you are entitled to some State cash you deliberately did not get a job??? Its called job seekers allowance for a reason! Get some pride and shame inside you and go get a job.0
