Apllied for JSA online yesterday . How long does it normally take for them to text u an appointment

When i applied for JSA Online back in july 2012. I got a phone call the same day and went through the questions with someone on the phone and when that was complete, she arranged an interview for me 3 days after.
It may of changed since then. I hope you hear soon.0 -
When we applied it took 3 days from on line submission to booking appointment. that was in Sept. However as I claim ESA we stopped it realising that we already had a benefit in place that would cover us.0
