Duplicate Paypal Payments

Thankfully only have one buyer who paid for an item 3 times (£15 each time).
Should I refund 2 payments now or wait for Paypal to sort it?
Also payment not showing on my Ebay account, should I set it to paid myself?!
Buyer is a newbie so will probably panic when they realise what has happened!

Actually, the last time this happened Paypal did refund the duplicates, some sellers had already done it, so it was a complete disaster.

Best bet is to let the dust settle and then see what is outstanding.

Hmm, not tidied up for me, still have a buyer who paid twice.

Very poor communication! they should have put a notice up on their website!
I refunded 3 payments yesterday and kept 1, no change this morning so I am going to post the item today.

Glad I did not refund myself as paypal have finally done it.

Yes Paypal have done what they did last time and are refunding duplicate payments. Unfortunately some on the PS board didn't have duplicates (as the duplicate failed) but the original came in as one transaction and the goods were sent. Oh dear, not great after the fiasco yesterday.

I've had one of my two payments refunded but I'm still not sure if I'm going to get my item as there's no record of it in my eBay account! :undecided
