Abbey & Natwest student overdrafts

Hi everyone
Just wondering if anyone knows the length of time that people have the 0% overdrafts for after they graduate, for both Abbey and Natwest.
I graduated in July 06 and I am leaving to go travelling in January and just want to check whether I am going to have an overdraft left at all or if it gets reduced by £500 or something?
Would be realy useful to hear from someone who has recently opened (or still has the paperwork for) an Abbey or natwest student account and can give definitive answer!
Thanks so much
Clare

I would check with the bank to find out a definate date for certain. One of my Uni friends got a letter from Nat West saying they were reducing his interest free overdraft from £1000 to £0 in a couple of days! He had to do some swift movement of money to ensure he wasnt charge interest. This was approximately a year after he had graduated.Don't pay off your student loan quicker than you have to.0
