Course Funding Advise

Good Afternoon,
I am looking to study on a part time course in September, however this course is not a government funded course; it is an Advanced Certificated course. Is there any way I can:
1) Get a student account whilst I'm studying?
2) Get any aid with funding?
3) Am I able to get a student loan for a course of this nature?
Any advice will be greatly received.

Last resort could be a Career Development Loan (if your course is appropriate) - for more information check out;

If it's a full time course, you should be able to get a student account, but I doubt you'll qualify for any funding, sorry.0
