I have been given a quote for plastering a slighly over (inches) 9ft x 5ft room inc ceiling of £200. Is this about right?

Thanks

Sounds really very good to me. I've just been charged £400 for a room of approx 8'x7', this is London suburbs, and from people who know me.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

£200 is a very good price for plastering a full room incl. ceiling. Have you seen the quality of his work and what will he do if the plaster cracks within a few weeks?

  • Thats good, I am paying someone £180 to skim a 3m by 3m ceiling and you are getting the walls done as well.
