My latest bill (now that BG have finally sorted their web site out) apart from being 6 weeks late shows a big increase in our unit charges. I am supposed to be on click1 for electricity only - has this now finished?

    It's not finished, but they did increase the prices in January. You should look at either moving to click 2 or consider a new supplier.
