I don't think that it can be done.
As far as I know only the Mod's can close threads down.

Maybe you can message one to get it closed ?

On the main page for the board the thread is on scroll to the bottom and look at who the board guides are, send one of them a PM with a link to the thread and ask them. :j

i know think some people are annoyed regarding the other thread so if they cant act like adults then the thread should not be left opened, not reported members yet but if they dont act like adults then i will do it

so not the point in what is otherwise a great forum site

Report away if you wish to, nobody has broken the forum rules.

Is it really worth getting so upset because other people don't like towel cakes? There are loads of things I deeply care about that get rubbished by others on a daily basis, that's life and this is a discussion forum!

Its a pretty good humoured, if spirited, conversation about pretty mundane trivial stuff. I'm a bit baffled by your OTT reaction to be honest.
