The reviews on their own website are very suspect. Still getting 4 & 5 stars when the words suggest they are a shocking company to deal with!

Evidently TrustPilot is right on the money!

Initial loading of the page 53 cookies - and probably 400 attempts to set cookies. One truly broken website - no sane webpage needs that number of cookies. Goodness knows what other rubbish comes with the webpage.

First time the flowers died within 24 hours.
Full refund after 1 email
I decided to give them a second chance.
They turned up a day late (and looking worse for wear)
13 emails sent finally got my money back. dont give up.
I wont be using a 3rd time.

This must be one of the most ridiculous t&c I've ever heard of, if they can't deliver because of bad weather they'll keep your money and probably resell the flowers...

As a Florist - I read this with dismay!! we had a problem on Saturday, knee deep in snow! roads blocked and couldn't make a delivery (couldn't even get to our shop!); but we managed to contact the person who had ordered the flowers, and rearranged a delivery date!!! to have this in the terms and conditions is awful and disrespectful to their customers!!!

Word of advice - if you ever want flowers deliverying - don't use whats known as an "order gatherer" or a "wire service" - just enter into google or search engine - "florists near postcode" - then have browse around, check out local florists (there will be a minimal delivery charge only) but all your money will be going direct to the florist and directly to the flowers you have ordered! even better, ring the florist and pay over the phone!!! personal touch, support local independent florists and you will be assured quality!!!!

All these jumping on the band wagon of being a "florist" normally are using central despatch units, poor quality flowers and a postal service!!!
