no wtc and no help

I have still not recieved any tax credits for April apparently this is due to a major clitch in the system and is effecting 100's of people. I am phoning them everyday but no-one seems to know how to fix this and how long it is going to take. I just wondered if anyone else has had the same problems, if it was put right and how it was put right. any suggestions would be most appreciated

You might be able to go to your local tax office and get an over counter payment. I would phone again and see if they'll allow this. The whole Tax Credits system is a shambles in my opinion.They took my signature away!!!!
