refund onto JL Partnership card

I returned an item I bought online yesterday and it was refunded to my card in one of their stores.

I then bought something else which is showing up on my pending items but the refund isn't yet. Does it take longer to show refunds than purchases?

Unlike payments, refunds don't need authorisation, so they do not show up as 'pending'. The refund (that has been processed) will take as long as a charge, usually two or three days to get booked and show on the balance.

I have seen refunds take up to 10 days to come back.
