Worcester Bosh 12Ri performance

When I had the boiler installed 3 months ago it worked without any disturbing noises, but WB acredited installer had to come back and do a second power flush after which the fan started buzzing for the first couple seconds and some clunking intermittent noise is audible in the boiler while it is operating. The WB technitian has inspected it and said that all is normal. But I know it is not as the noises have developed after second power flush. Has anyone had similar experiences or any idea what causes those noises?

Possibly airlock, are all your radiators heating up normally? i.e Hot at the top as well as the bottom. Is the pressure gauge within normal limits?
That gum you like is coming back in style.
  • The only problem is that I have tried many things to get the air out and lately when I bleed rads, there is no more air coming out and all rads heat pretty good throughout. So not too sure...
  • PS: conventional boiler- so no pressure gouge.
