If a Chelsea tractor is abandoned in the snow, should the authorities have the right to impound it and crush it?

Also should the driver be imprisoned?

    As long as we can lock everyone called Andy up on an island and sink it.

    Cars get stuck in the snow. A 4x4 with summer road tyres will get as stuck as a 2WD car with summer tyres.

    Stick snow snow specials on there and it wont.

    Destroy all the "Tractors" and there won't be any children getting to school, heavon forbid that they could actually walk.
