BUYSKU ripped me off. can I sue them?

I purchased some mini wireless keyboards from buysku.com for xmas presents for my friends and family.
The ones they sent were all damaged and clearly not new. They also did not have the features listed in the advert so were useless to me. After a long and pointless argument with their customer services who just made excuses not to even give me their return address I finally got my original purchase price of £110 back via the paypal dispute process but only after I had to send them back by express mail so that I could supply a tracking number.
I was told by buysku they would pay my return postage which came to £62.30 but when I asked them about it they said it was too expensive and are still refusing to pay up and making lots of very lame excuses.
What rights do I have here?
This is the full correspondence so far so you can see the depths of their appalling customer service.

Were they a UK company, yes you could sue them. But... as they're based in china you need to find someone knowledgeable in chinese law, who can tell you if there's an equivalent to our small claims process. Then, if you win, how are you going to enforce the judgement?
The moral is not to buy from firms based overseas.
Where did you find out about them?0 -
You might want to check Google as there are reports of illegitimate use of card details. I can't comment on their veracity.0

They were the only company that had that keyboard for sale as it was a new product I'd never seen before and you couldn't get it anywhere in the uk.
what annoyed me the most is that they told me they would pay the return postage. I would have never have spent 60 otherwise. if they had at least been new I could have sold them on to recoup my loss but as they were all damaged I could not even do that.0 -
