UKCPS Fine but using my company car...advise needed on what contact I should make?

thanks all for your excellent advice. Will be doing all this today. When the car office asked them what the fine was for they told them it was for "parking". In a FREE car park in front of the shop I was shopping in. It is appalling that they are allowed to terrorise people in this way. When the car office said that no one had received any previous correspondence they said they'd "discount" to £100! How is it ok for the DVLA to give out details to these people?!0
