uhhh, sounds nice. Where are you going?
Personally I wouldnt book with them but I am sure there are people on here that would/have and had no problems. Might be worth posting this on the normal Overseas and Planning forum as here you may not get such a good response.
    Happy :)

Why would you not book with them? I have used them several times with no problems - their prices tend to be very competitive.

If you book with Low Cost Holidays you are booking a Dynamic Package or a Flight Plus if you book the hotel or car hire at the same time.

If you book with the likes of Thomas Cook or Thomsons, you are booking a full package.

There is some protection now booking the first one and if you pay any part of it with a credit card then you will be covered by Section 75.

The second one is covered by the Package Travel Regulations.

You can normally tell the difference as Dynamic Package will show you a separate price for the flights and the accommodation. A full package will show you an all inclusive price for the whole thing.

No,no,no. They are fine until they have your money off you and then God help you if you need to contact them. They took money off us for specific requirements and we did not get them . Had to threaten them with proceedings to get money back.

They do not answer phone calls or respond to emails.

Avoid at all costs. They have a bad reputation. Google them.

But why do you not recommend them? Have you any personal experience of them, or are you going by one negative review?

Trust Pilot gives them a 7.8 rating, based on several hundred reviews - hardly a "bad reputation".

If you google reviews for them it is not good.

Many complaints about poor service, not getting what people have paid for. Far more negative than positive.

We booked a holiday to egypt with this company in October. We had a few issues whilst there (my granddaughter and daughter were electrocuted by a faulty lamp, my daughter was abused in the hotel spa and finally our transfers back to the airport were cancelled due to the transfer firm going bust) It has been ongoing now for over 3 months. After it appeared I was getting the run around i told them would be taking it up with my solicitor and now they have stopped replying to my emails. Good luck with 'em.
