Hi Jo-Anne,
Sorry I can really answer the specifics of your question (but I am sure I have seen on someone's diaries that they received their charges back but owed money on a loan to the same bank- I might be wrong though).
I really would recommend you putting up an SOA, it's a list of all your income and expenses. There is a thread at the top of the board written by southernscouser which tells you what to include. People on here should then be able to advise you where you can cut down. I know it probably seems that you can't cut down any more than you have but they may also be able to help boost your income through quidco, mystery shopping and point you in the direction of claiming all the benefits you are entitled to.
Seeing it all in black and white is daunting and scary but it is the first step to getting everything organised and sorted out once and for all.
I'll look out for your SOA, welcome to DFW!Saving for an early retirement!0 -
Please ring CCCS or similar who will help you get on top of things really quickly. Ring them and come back to let us know that you have done that. It might sound like I am pushing you to do this but I really think that you need to do it in order to at least be given some real advice and some quick way forward.
You don't have to do anything they suggest, but I reckon they could help you out big time.
