monarch package holiday

I booked a package holiday last night to menorca with monarch. I can't seem to manage my booking online? as I'm wanting to pre allocate my seats with my partner. I've flew with them to Florida before and had no problems but I'm wondering how other people have found them with short haul flights? and how to pre allocate seats? any comments welcome thankyou

I bboked a package with them last year and you couldn't manage it online like that- we wanted to book seats and had to do it over the phone- was quick and easy

I thought that as it didn't recognise my reference. Is there any extra cost to pre book seats?

Yes, there is an extra cost, can't remember how much but it seemed quite expensive to me. I honestly wouldn't bother, just check in at the desk 2 hours before your flight and there should be absolutely no problem getting two seats together.
