ive emailed ticketmaster, claiming "false advertising" in hope they refund me the money, but doubt they will as they have a no refund policy :mad:0

As soon I saw the show advertised I bought tickets for
two adults and two children through ticketmaster. The advert contained the TV show logo and a picture of the cast. Nowhere did it say that these actors would NOT be appearing, that is only coming to light now.
My 4 year old daughter will be upset when she sees somebody else dressed up and pretending to be Stephanie.
I don't go to see tribute bands - why would I want to see imitiations of a childrens tv show?
I'll be contacting Trading Standards re this, and I suggest everybody else does the same.0
