No I didn't buy them. Just curious. Off to see them in Glasgow!
Does anyone know if these are the real people from the TV performing?
I went to the sky tv festival last year, and they had lazytown there, we travelled from Cornwall all the way to Manchester for it, to find it was only Stephanie from the tv show and someone else was pretending to be Sportacus. My kids are 3 and 4 and could tell it wasnt Sportacus, so they were pretty gutted.
But saying that, that was a free show, so hopefully this live show will be the real characters, as we are buying tickets and paying money to see them, so it must be the real people doing it.0 -

We went to this at Ealing, West London & the real Stephanie was there but apparently they had to use a stand-in for Sportacus as the real actor had broken his arm & couldn't come!0 -
Does anyone know where they are touring in the UK. Are they coming to the midlands / north?0

Aloud.com still have them. Book for adults and children individually instead of the family ticket and it works.0

Ticketmaster still have family tickets, which are cheaper, available. The website is a bit confusing, you have to enter 4 as the quantity in the family ticket box for 2 adults and 2 children. If you enter 1 in the box (as in you want one family ticket) it comes up as unavailable.0

Is there a Scottish date? Only London showing on Ticketmaster...Everybody dies, but not everyone truly lives0 -
Hello.
The current October dates may be found at https://www.lazytownlive.co.uk - they include Hackney, Hammersmith, Woking and Glasgow. One more date is expected to be announced for October within next week. There will then be an extensive UK tour January - August 2008. Dates should appear on the above website over the next couple of months.
This is a brand new theatrical show and is entirely new and different from any personal appearances that may have been in the UK previously. Due to the length of the tour the TV cast will not be available to appear, details of the UK cast will be announced over the summer.0 -

so it wont be the real sportacus, stephanie etc?
to be honest, im a bit gutted paid out money for tickets and it won't be the real characters.
Don't think I will be bothering to travel from Cornwall to London for it now :rolleyes:0 -
Arrgghh...
I feel like I've been deliberately misled.
To find that the cast isn't from the tv show - having booked a birthday treat for my little girl and a few of her friends (well over £150) - depite all the pictures of the real cast on the Lazytown Live web-site (and I now find just very, very small writing at the bottom of the screen mentioning that the cast is yet to be confirmed), well I'm gutted and angry.
The kids will know it's not the 'real deal' - but the ticket agency are clear that there are "no refunds / exchanges etc".
I'd better tell my friends who were thinking of booking for their kids before they get stung too...0
