GDF bought all of International Power, what happened to my shares?

Hello,

I have searched the internet to no avail. The international power website is out of date and the GDF SUEZ website is hard to find relevant information.

I guess my address with Equiniti must be out of date - I will have to deal with that during the week.

I remember getting my special dividend. I last had a payment in June 2012 for £12 for 240 share dividends paid into my bank account and the transaction on the statement says INTERNATIONAL POWER on it.

Can anyone tell me what has happened to my shares? I have to fill in the valuation on my Divorce Form E.

Agreed offer was 418p per share paid to shareholders on 12th July 2012.

I hope it doesn't cost you anything to recover your entitlement now.

I phoned Equiniti today, once I have done a change of address they can release the funds to me :-)
