Tickets mis sold?

Hi, Last night I purchased some tickets to see a comedian in a small arena. It wasn't until I received my confirmation email that I was notified that the tickets had RESTRICTED view. Are they allowed to sell me tickets like that without informing me prior to purchase? I tried call them today but their booking office is closed. Their terms and conditions say they do not give refunds. Not happy! Can anybody suggest the best way forward?Many thanks

    Who did you book with?

    The chances are if box office or a primary ticket agent, they would have made you aware of the seats exact details and stated restricted seats.

    However, you can try your luck, and contact them via phone, email or social media channels (which they usually respond to quite well), and ask them if they could kindly refund as you were not aware of them being restricted seats.

    If you leave it too long chances are they will not do anything though, so act quickly.
