Have already tried that I'm afraid, but he ran it up in 2 days, and thats when they rang me on my other phone, as I have never skipped a payment with them, and never gone over contract. They then cancelled the account and charged disconnection fees, and they won't budge! A lesson learnt! Thanks for you support. xx0

I wonder how many of us on here and partly here because of other peoples debt?
Have you tried writing to the head of customer services? If you havent I would be tempted to try that. Point out you have been a loyal customer for X years and until your bf abused your phone you have never missed a payment and you would be happy to continue to use their services if they drop the excessive bill.Debt Free - done

Suppose it couldn't hurt, and I am having quite a good run of supportive creditors! Perhaps I could ask them to drop the disconnection fees at least, as this was £300 +. Thanks for that, will ring them tomorrow!0
