My wife got stopped for speeding 3 weeks ago and received a traffic offence report, and it was said at the time she would receive an offer of a speed awareness course or a fixed penalty through the post, on the traffic offence report it states if she does not hear anything within 3 weeks for her to ring them, 3 weeks is now up so what happens if she ignores this and just waits in the hope she will never hear any-more?

    Ignore it and the next letter maybe saying she ignored the previous letters and here is the court date.

    You have more chance of winning the lottery jackpot 3 weeks in a row than it going away.
