just before christmas i purchased a slow cooker with digital timer from morphy richards. After a few uses i realised that the digital timer was too restrictive for my needs and wished that i had purchased one with the control knob which allows the user to select temp.
I emailed MR and told them that whilst the machine was not faulty it was not what i had expected and wished that i had purchased the basic model. They emailed me back with an offer of exchange and true to their word it arrived yesterday.
I am a very happy customer
