Firefox crashed and sent Error Report.
When it came back on I had message saying Cannot Connect to Proxy Server.
Rang Talk Talk and passed from person to person. I was told to do various things (Sorry I am not very technical )
I appear to now be with Google Chrome which I have never and do not wish to use.
I cannot open Emails and have a message from Google Chrome saying
Unable to Connect to Proxy Server.
Help would be appreciated!!!!

Do you connect via a proxy server? If you have no idea what one is, then chances are that you don't.
- Open Firefox. Click the Orange 'Firefox' button (top left).
- Choose Options > Advanced Tab > Choose the Network sub tab.
- Click the 'Settings' button next to 'Configure how Firefox connects to the Internet.
- Choose the radio button (round button) which says 'Auto-detect proxy settings for this network.
- Click OK then OK again.
Now try visiting google or BBC or something & hopefully it'll work.0 -

Filehippo is a legitimate, safe and well-respected site, and their download hosting is pretty rock-solid for not having any dodgy files on there... either will get you the latest version of mbam.........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
Malwarebytes do give file hippo as a one of the download sources available.
