I totally understand how fraustrating the whole saga must be.

However as I may have said previously they have done me a massive favour by removing the default as it was genuine and money was owed to them. The maddest thing about it was they even wrote off the bill.

I wonder why they treated your case so differently to wizzywig27's? Hmm.

I charmed the woman on the phone :-)

On a serious note told them the effect it would have on my career in banking, misses was pregnant with our first child and about to apply for our first mortgage.

As you can imagine only one of those statements is true.

Well BT have removed the two defaults... Again.

Wonder how long it will be before they reappear again?

    Still on there for me!

At the risk of being rediculed again, I contacted Mr Livingston, I got a quick reply telling me to phone in lol, how annoying!

I don't think have to send you one as they are not regulated by the credit consumer act.

Anyone please feel free to correct me if im wrong.

I read they still have to follow CCA law?

Also if they are not regulated how can they register a default?

Equifax have removed the BT default as BT failed to respond. Will keep checking to see if BT put it back on
