Ordered some furniture from Nicky Cornell. By the time it was built & ready for collection it turned out we no longer needed it.
I rang them on the off-chance to ask if it was possible to cancel the order, not expecting it would since it had been built & assembled ready for collection. However they allowed it & will issue a refund (an actual refund too, not simply store credit).
Very impressed, will put them at the top of my list for other items.
