We had one that was recently "sold" to Capquest.
Capquest are much easier to deal with than NDRBedroom Tax / Spare room subsidy / Housing Benefit Reduction - It's the same thing, get over it.0 -

There are many many stages it would need to go through before someone tried it on with a home visit. Even if they tried to arrange it, you can send them a letter saying that they can't come.
Relax, no one is coming to knock at your door.
