Cw - at least, by being thrifty and doing things like this challenge, you have a cushion of savings to live on while you decide what to do next. Maybe a whole new career is out there for you?
Bdini - you have just proved something I have always suspected - firstly, things usually work out in the end and secondly, we are surrounded by "angels" who step in when they are most needed.
Mini spendy day today, folks so no NSD today. Payday tomorrow and mega sponduliks entering and leaving my bank account. Next NSD probably Wednesday.
Now off to find out why Igor is frantically phoning round trying to order half a tonne of daffodils - must be something to do with St Davids Day coming up......dare not think what he intends to do with them....must stock up on the Rennies....One life - your life - live it!0 -
I only have one more NSD to report since I last posted.
A total of 7 NSD so far, however I think that could be the last one this month
My car is still not fixed due to being let down several times and I have had to use the train for most of February At least it's not down to my old ways of spending willy nilly!
Here's looking to March for a better month

Yippee!! Came under budget for groceries this week so today will be NSD#15 for me!! I am so pleased! That means I am at target!! Whoop! Whoop!! Any more NSD's that are bagged this week are a bonus. Now time to decide on March target...

A question ..... on Wednesday evening I have to pay for my sons diving lessons, the money wont come out of my account until Friday (1st day of new NSD month) do I count Wednesday as a spend day or is it cheating to count Friday instead ???***Dont save what is left after spending, spend what is left after saving***0
