NSD #8 today.. Want another 4 this week!!0 -
Evening
I haven't had chance to catch-up on all I've missed since yesterday. Saw BDINI's post and wanted to say sorry to hear of the loss of your Nan.
Day 13 for me today.
A spend day tomorrow as d/d going out, delayed coffee from last week and I need to go food shopping.
Thanks to Freeby & Spoon for updating.

bdini I am sorry to hear about your loss.
I hope your first day in your new job went smoothly.
Please don't go too far away-remember we're here for you.0 -
Being a hyper-busy Nargle at work the past few days has meant no time to spend money so I am proud to report I am now the owner of 8 NSDs!!!!
Seeing junior cat on her hind legs with a screwdriver at the cat feeder prompted me to go and get fresh supplies of IAM$ along with a few other top-up items today. Might get another NSD tomorrow though. Although loose crown nagging at me again so might have to get emergency dental appointment....yet another expense in a very expensive month....
Bdini - Sorry.
Why can't some people just grow up and behave in a civilised manner at times like this? Please do not play their silly games - do not allow yourself to be their go-between, just deal with the main people involved if you have to, but don't allow any discussion about other people - just say, if they try and drag you in, something like "Look, I'm not interested, it is totally inappropriate for family members to be b1tching about each other at a time like this - just keep me out of it."
If you can be the grown-up in all this (remember Eric Berne's book?) you would make your nan very proud of you.One life - your life - live it!0 -
Evening all.
BDINI - hope your first day went well in your new job
Not a NSD today - taking DM to the picks tomorrow (cheap Tues AND 25% off - I'm such a good daughter :rotfl:) but thought I'd get the tickets at lunchtime today so we don't get stuck queuing up tomorrow. Can't believe it was 'only' £7.50 for two tickets, its norm £9 a ticket EACH when I go with OH as he likes going at the weekend - think I'm gonna have to put my foot down on that one, if he can go out to watch football in the week, he can manage the flicks;) I have my nacho cheese sauce, cheapy nachos and a bottle I can fill with some cheapo cola I bought for the laundry so I'll be all set tomorrow. I'd but more at the cinema if it wasn't so hideously overpriced.
Oh, and picked up some conditioner today as well - as I've pretty much run out, including the hotel samples I had stashed away :rotfl:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I wish you were near me Nargle, I have 3 bags of the Iam$ cat food that my picky mog doesn't like :mad:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

kerri - you could donate the catfood to your local cat rescue place, or sometimes in supermarkets they have bins for donations of food for cats and dogs charities. Bit of a pain for you, IAM$ being quite pricey! Of course, if you can't give it away to a good cause, you could always keep serving it up until moggikins realises there's nothing else on offer so he/she might as well eat it...One life - your life - live it!0

That's true Nargle, I did drop some food off for the shelter we adopted current picky mog through (wouldn't believe she used to be a stray would you) I'll be doing a car boot or two once the weather picks up so will try and recoup some costs there and can put it to something she will eat. Unfortunately moggikins is like a stubborn teenager and will refuse to eat longer than our resolve to keep serving up the food she doesn't like.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
