But having not parked in accordance with the conditions you do, in no uncertain terms ,encourage people not to pay fines/penalties or whatever you choose to call them.
You may very well be correct that people will not be pursued by these parasites - but I would not be so sure.
If I know I should have paid and didn't I would pay the "fine".
These made up rules are not in any way backed by statute. These parking companies don't even have the legal right to offer parking (hmrc v vcs) as they don't have propriety rights to the car park.
As for being pursued for these fake tickets, fortunately I am sure that a vast majority are not pursued.

You see where this is going ? 2012 is going to be even less claims due to the upper tax tribunal ruling by hmrc v vcs, which is binding on lower courts like the small claims. 2013 will be no different.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
