kindle store question

Asking for a friend as I don't know answer.

On the kindle store the prices are in dollars instead of pounds, please can you tell me how you change this.

    Amazon.co.uk has prices in £££ - blue text is a link - to Amazon.co.uk where prices are in ££ not $$. The Kindle prices are in ££ too.

    On amazon they are in £ but when she goes on her kindle app they are in $ definitely amazon.co.uk

    well since I don't use a kindle app (on what device?) I cannot comment further, other than to say it must be reverting to amazon.com.

    Is this to download books to the kindle? Has she tried shopping from the kindle?

    If you go to your kindle account age > manage your account.
    On the left click on country settings and then change it to UK.

    It sounds like the kindle account was registered on the wrong amazon site but this will allow you to change it, it is for if you travel with your kindle.
