Is hotmail broken or is it me?

Been trying to get onto Hotmail for a few hours today, even changing password as it wouldn't load but am getting the following -
Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "/D/864/193170/000/sslcachekey.bayw.mail.live.com/default.aspx?id=64855" on this server. Reference #18.484e7b5c.1359149590.47dddf3



Have checked for virus and malware and nothing showed up - is the problem at their end or something in my lappy?

Don't know what the problem is there,but try going onto msn website and click on hotmail and try signing in that way.Other than that sorry don't know what to suggest.

I've been all round the houses on this - for some reason my 'spare' hotmail address which I use for comps and sign ups is working fine?

Makes me wonder if it's a bigger problem but can find nothing online
