Yes.
But the questions should be (a) will they? and (b) will they win?
To answer (b), you need to supply more information about the events.0 -
Start you own thread please. This one is likely to get confused.0

UKPC don't do Court EVER except when people take them there for law breaking (twice that we know of!):

More relevant is to ask, can you take them to Court (and the Management of Braehead Shopping Centre) for monetary damages for a disability law breach, if they 'knew or should have known' about the disability?
YES.
Just complain and tell them in writing (both the PPC and the retail park management) about the disability, enclose a copy of the Blue Badge and point out that a Badge falling down doesn't take away the disability need nor the fact you are protected by the Equality Act 2010.
Start your own thread for help. We can show you a case or two where people have complained to retail parks and got fake PCNs cancelled in exactly your circumstances. There's another person currently pressing on with a complaint and demand for redress (a small amount of expenses/compensation and an apology) in ongoing emails to a retail park over a disability law breach, even after their fake PCN was already cancelled.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
