Hoburne Torbay holiday park - gave you been?

Anyone actually been here? We are a large family looking for a caravan holiday beg of July ages baby-60. Looking for a clean, fun Park with lots to do ESP swim pools, arcades, beach, pool tables, kids entertainment, bar with entertainment etc. would Torbay and surrounding areas suit the bill? I hear they get good weather in that area? Oh and how holly is that park? And what's best, their caravans or private?
