Dominos policy for a complaint about a pizza is to send a fresh one out straight away. If that is too late for customer they make a note on your phone number and if you phone your next order in you can have your replacement pizza then for free (must be the same one though) they do not want bad pizza back.
Get her to phone tomorrow and speak to manager. Her call from tonight will have been logged so should have no problems.
Should not have to go as far as a head office complaint I have always found them very good at replacements.
