Info for locals to me - got trouted in main A tonight, wouldn't accept an apg as the receipt was from BA store and they thought it was too large for the amount spent (sally). I walked away and left shopping bagged in the trolley. Rang CS and complained as nowhere in terms does it state that it has to be used in store where items are purchased, they contacted store so the manager is supposedly gonna ring me tomorrow - will let you know what happens
Bea there are some proper dodgy sa in there I have had them call over super/runner for ones of £4 on say a £15 spend and others that just put through anything.
One of the supervisors dont actually know their title really does think it is coming out of her pocket (slightly butch shall we say).
Avoid that one at all costs unless you want an argument .
The thing is you are correct they can not make up the rules Asda make the rules they follow or should.
I had this over the beans coupons only allowed 1 coupon in there from a lady with a suit on as I could print as many as I wanted.
Well she was right about the printing part but head office agreed with me and got in touch with them.
I know they think they are doing their job but sometimes they are over zealous .

It wasn't that super it was the one with hair the colour discussed the other night (in case store spies are reading) and a ponytail - I have had a run in with both of these before - CS rang the store while they had me on hold and informed them of the policy but then said they couldn't do anything and the manager will ring me tomorrow - trouble is the apg runs out tomorrow and I have a similar one that runs out the day after - looks like i will be sending hubster into the lions den or I will have to venture further afield
