I've just had an email from Nivea regarding a new moisturiser, free bottles. Needless to say they all went immediately, I only replied 2 mins later

so I found the contact page on their website and sent them an annoyed email saying that at the very least they should have offered free sample or coupons to the millions of disappointed people who will click on the link.

That made me wonder about the thread we used to have on MSE - can't think where it was now. it was a thread whereby. People suggested good company's to write and email with praise and suggestions and queries in the hope of getting some MOCs in the post.

mind you that was in the good old days when quainty and variety of MOCs was all important but I think we are all still very keen to fill out MOC folders.

is this thread still around or did it die, not sure where it was situated.

Writing a shopping list here and noticed McCain chips in Tosco have shot up in price - have a look at mys and the little graph at the bottom. £3.30 t/£2 Sada but also the French fries have gone up.

yes I know its got to come, poor harvests hits year so its inevitable.

But I wonder if t will be having a promotion very shortly ;)

So it's mullers and coke from Sada, milk, chips and ham from farm foods and fruit from Morrisons - my OH is going to go mad :D

I am waiting on 2 from Sunday, just wondering if its worth checking for them yet.

Well, fighting a losing battle here. Coalman came, £136 and then that reminded me about my car so I managed to get an instant MOT appointment, sadly my car has failed its MOT, front brakes etc so these are being done this afternoon, another £200 odd.

About this time last year I booked a 3 night cruise which only cost £199 - makes you think

Then I got home, postie has only brought rubbish, literally straight into reycling and its started to snow on the washing.

Going into rant mode again, why does not one stop me ...:D

Rant away thats what life does to you. When you think its going well it throws a load of crap your way.

xactly what's happening this morning, loads of unnecessary undeserved carp.

Just tried my TPPs. The one from the 2nd came in last night at 11, not worth bothering printing off 6p :( My own shop from Sunday still not back and that really was a good shop but no TPP as yet.

Also anyone know why I keep missing the 1st letter off a sentence when I type on iPad. it's happening numerous times now - as above. I thought it was just speed of typing etc but its only just started happening, another small annoyance.

time to do some nice soothing competitions, nicely de stressing :rotfl:
