Any dates lined up for the weekend? I feel you have been rather negligent lately, you know how we like to hear about your exploit's, and how can we hear about them if you dont have them? ;)

I have been neglecting the men of kent in the last week. I have a date this friday with my 7 month old gd so no time for dating. I do have a couple of prospective dates I like the sound of but one I have been talking to for a while as he a has been in spain and when snow came decided to stay out there longer. Another popped up in last couple of days and we appear to have lots to chat about.

I do wonder if I should avoid anymore dates until after valentines as I am not desperate and far to mse to buy someone I rarely know a card. Both my BMF's demand hand made cards and not thought about those yet. Last year I made masqurade mask type cards.

So so the question is once free after the weekend should I arrange dates or wait until 15 feb when life resumes back to normality.

GD christening is on 24/2 and then my birthday is 3/3. Planning a cheapy holiday so don't have to face birthday alone (I can just not have one).
Going to make use of daughters discount flights and go sharm el sheik, if I can't get flight then tel a viv is an option to. Don't think weather in tenerife will be warm enough but can do there on £80 flight and apartment really mse.
Thats the trouble with being alone you sometimes wish you had someone to make the decisions for you.
Waffled on long enough so going to watch a bit of telly to relax before bed..
Having sleep proplems probably due to stress of christening and my b/d.
    And lack of a cuddle:)

Good morning all. Just caught up and sorry to read of poorly people, poorly woofers, peeps who've lost their mojo etc. (sorry not to list, but dreadful at remembering names, and forgot to make a list as I read through) Sending hugs to you all, and hope things improve soon. I'm going back to bed now, been up since 3am, stewing about work issues, and feeling really tired again now. Just hope the two DS's don't slam the front door when they go off to work/college at 8am.
    Have a good day everyone.
