May I be nosy and ask what your gonna say. I've got a delivery due later and I'm guessing I'm gonna have the same problem. :(

Something along the lines of I bought 2 tins, noticed the points being added, read the offer and assumed it applied to just the gels as well ( as it obviously added the points on) so added another 8 tins.....assumed this was all ok as my confirmation email confirmed the points total......whilst sounding a bit dim, of course:D

Have had similar happen in the past and had no trouble, as they admitted it was their error. They might say no but it's Definately worth a go :)

Express. Should work on the 26 pack if you can't find the 100%free packs.

Have a look around the bzz site and get an idea of the kind of things people put in their reviews. Post to Facebook/ twitter at regular intervals throughout the campaign. Make a point in the bzz reports of detailing conversations you've had with others about the product ( embellish as required) remember to add your clubcard as the extra points mount up quickly. My score went up to 8.6 yesterday :j
