One final ? About DTD with food if the gammon has 9.99 on price with half price sticker should it scan at 4.99? (NO DTD) Then if ur lucky to have one without sticker but 9.99 on it as long as there is not a different barcode u scan it pay then go to CS and ddmand DTD?

I tried this yesterday and all I got was offered a swap for one at the right price as she said it must be a different ham - gave in and had a refund - maybe if it had a sticker on I might have had a chance

I wouldn't do this. Make sure you have 1 (or 2) with the 1/2 price sticker that scans £9.99, by using the self scanner.

As for demanding DTD ?. I usually wait to be offered, and if offered jtd or refund and repurchase, point out the sign on the wall behind CS.

Its £4.99 per kilo not per joint, where the label with the weight and price on if that says £9.99 its wrong should say 4.99 per kilo so should get dtd, hope that helps

my store has removed theres /never had one as iv never seen one and looked belive me but still get dtd naw
