Lots of doggy hugs needed,I see - poor things. Lots of hugs to those of you who are poorly too - what a lot of lurgies there are going around.
I'm on a mega busy day again, plus the outlaws are arriving tomorrow for either one or two nights, and then we're having people for dinner on Saturday. I'm completely uninspired as to what to cook, and I'm stressing at the state of my house!! OH is already fed up with me, so I'm trying to keep it in!!!!!!!
Try not to stress it wont help u, my fav for cooking and it is simple is stuffed chicken breast,
Stuff each one with mushrooms and onions fried in the juice from a tin of plum tomatoes with a pinch of salt n pepper in.
Once these have softened stuff into the chicken breast with a bit of plum tomatoe and small bit of cheese.
Wrap in bacon and put a sprinkle of pepper and salt on top then wrsp each one in foil and put in the oven on 200 for 40 mins.
Once cooked serve with new potatoes and peas for added flavour make up some mint butter to dress ur potatoes.
Nice and simple to and u can prepare in advance and store in the fridgeStarted Saving in 2012!!!

I got the Welches rose in T's last night and it was 70p. The white grape was £1. The rest of the money for the coupons came off my shopping as expected. Wasn't expecting the juice to be as low as 70p though0 -
