Good evening. I've noticed you obviously like my longer posts (:D:rotfl: ) (!), as my Cadbury Cones and Mushy Peas one got 21 thanks but my briefer replying, later on, about the Pork Steaks got only 15. :rotfl:

I think you very likely are. Both the Purple Grape Light and the Grape/Apple/Pear are showing on MSM for Sada (although they’re the versions that are on £1 in A – somehow I’d have preferred it if it were the one at £1.98). It depends if the ones in M are 1 litre, which I think they are (and M’s website confirms this). Not yet a total expert on Welch as I’ve not had these on offer at M before – after the Aasani’s in T for 29p(?), 69p now seems too much to me – but, with Welch’s MOCs and then an APG to 10% off (from the non-MOC prices), this could well be excellent. If you’ve more than one Welch’s MOC – and are able to use more than one in the same shopping – remember 1x Purple Grape Light plus 1x Grape/Apple/Pear is 2 sep. items, so only 6 to go.

And 10/10 for probably succeeding as well. I totally get the approach that Cheesyball is aiming at. We’re saying use the MOC(s) in Sada on a shop where you’re doing a price comp. vs M. So you get the money-off the Welchs as we’ll be buying them in A, where they are perfectly valid, and then (as MOC payment counts like cash) the refund from the A price (ignoring the MOC amounts) to about 62p (ten per cent cheaper than M’s 69p price).

I’ve tried this sort of thing – and it worked – before. It was the last time I bought any Campbells Cup soup packets (I’ve still got 2 of them, valid until July this year, that’s from how long ago my supply of them has lasted). There was – some time ago – a voucher for 20p off, which allowed you to print and use multiple times. It was only valid however for a discount of 20p off the full priced item (you couldn’t – or weren’t supposed to at any rate - use it in conjunction with your supermarket’s half price offers and as someone who doesn’t cause embarrassment by asking for mis-redemption, I complied with it). They were on 50p rollback in A at the time. So what I did – this was shortly after Sains. had introduced its BM across the UK – I bought 10 packets (maximum number allowed under BM) at full price in Sains, used 10x 20p coupons, plus other A cheaper shopping, total bill, before coupons, slightly over £20, all the coupons off, and a BM back to the A prices. Except it meant effectively 30p per pack of cup soups. Which is why 75p per pack doesn’t tempt me all now, with no MOCs and no cheaper prices elsewhere to match or preferably beat (besides it being way too much for me in itself!).

Following on from this nicely (that’ll be a change!!:rotfl: ), instead of the Campbell’s Cups, I preferred my free 3 cans of Baxters from A, with shelf mispricing. Tonight, on my way back on a route I was already going to follow, I passed and stopped at two A’s – sadly both of them had all the Baxters at 98p straight. So no further opportunity for me today. However, I did find a womble. You’ll all need to wish me luck – probably a lot of it – on this – I’m going to enter it in now, but the receipt consists of nearly all fairly low-priced items on it (although not low-price compared to the 10% off that I effectively pay when other items of the same use are the same price but at a rival). It’s got a couple of m’buys – but they’re just a 3 for £1 on kids’ sweets and 2 for £1 on Easter novelties (it’s clear people have started buying these) – the novelties tend to be the same price everywhere, so my sole luck seems to rest on a few pence on these items – and it will be a very few pence, if anything at all. Never know though – it might turn out luckier. We’ll see…

Hi Savvybuyer, there's a link on the coupon thread here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3840565 for Campbells, if you fill in your details they'll send you a pdf coupon for 20p off valid until 31st Dec 2013.
mmm..... these strawberries make my breath happy mum ds

On a strand of pure silver, I'll welcome each day

Do we have to buy the 500g A rollback Crunchy Nut with these? Or are they valid on the 750g? Just noticed A is now also £2 on the 750g (so perhaps trying to result in normal consumers not getting any APG voucher by getting closer to, but not quite matching or even beating, M's half price). Just had a quick glance tonight and I've found the 750g Crunchy Nut at M again - still on at £1.57.

The Rice Krispies squares *might* also be on at £1 or 99p in M as well, but I've not yet checked this week and will need to do another check on Wednes. Will endeavour to report to you Wednes. night.

But the Pringles - do not get them on this shopping, as I think they're likely still to be 2 for £4 in M.

So Crunchy Nut 750g - I like this as A have now reduced their price to £2.00:

£2.00 with £1.20 off = pay 80p... then get back (sorry, not Northern Ireland) £2.00 minus £1.57 and 10% lower than that = about £1.41 for A to meet, so 59p towards your APG = pack of 750g Crunchy Nut for 21p. (Looks like the glitch days are back, even without a glitch!)

So the list for Thurs. onwards is beginning to take shape... Welchs 1L (two varieties), 750g Crunchy Nut, possibly some Rice Krispie squares (don't forget several versions of those exist - Savvy will check exactly which ones exist at M and which ones, if any, are at £1.00 or 99p each):T:j and four other different items.

Please someone do explaint his to Patty and me:)

You get the app on your phone - then they give you a list of things to buy with what money you will get back and what shops

YOu then scan in the barcode and receipt and get the money - once accumulated to £5 they pay it into your paypal account.

I believe you can use on whoopsies as my friend has done it

    S

I do have problem getting it to recognise my receipt though but their helpline is good (any advice would be welcome on scanning receipts)

    :D

I gave this a try as well, but had alot of trouble taking 'acceptable' pics of my reciept. Tried i pad and 2 different cameras. Even got my son....good photograoher to try but it kept rejecting my reciepts pics. I had exactly the same problem with the new quidco one which essentially works in the same way:(
