however I am always laughing! when you wrote about your friend having breast cancer part of me felt complete sorrow, but the nuts side of me was thinking, at least when u have it in ur breast you can have ur breast removed, but i have it on my neck if its removed my head will fall off!!!!!!!!
hope nobody takes offence as i am not poking fun at peoples misfortune only being my daft self xxxxxxxx

bearing in mind my surgeon person said what ever the outcome it will have to be removed! (its on my neck) i stupidly imagined he meant my neck and was thinking "but but my head will fall off" lol
